FlyingEagle Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the FlyingEagle Affiliate Program ("Program") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

FlyingEagle reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, and required information during signup.
• Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security. FlyingEagle is not liable for losses due to negligence.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use the Program for illegal purposes or violate laws in your jurisdiction.

Links/Graphics on Your Site

Once enrolled, you’ll receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may place links, banners, or graphics provided by us with your Affiliate Code on your site, emails, or communications.

Referral Fees/Commissions and Payment

For a sale to qualify, the customer must click through a Special Link from your site, email, or communication to https://flyingeaglesofficial.com and complete the order during that session.

Payments begin only once you’ve earned more than the minimum threshold.

Identifying Yourself as a FlyingEagle Affiliate

You may not misrepresent your relationship with FlyingEagle or issue unauthorized press releases. Affiliate links cannot be used for your own purchases.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain your site’s technical operation.
• Ensure Special Links don’t violate agreements with third parties.
• Ensure posted materials are accurate, lawful, and respect intellectual property rights.
• Provide proper disclosure of data collection and privacy practices.

Term of the Agreement and Program

The Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party. Upon termination, you must remove all FlyingEagle materials and links immediately.
